Orlando International Airport Parking

Pulled in and parked the car. Shuttle was waiting for me.

I had two incidents at the parking lot...one prior to flight and one upon arrival. In both cases the staff acted in an excellent manner....thanks

Shuttle was within sight when I arrived in pick-up spot. Driver was friendly and dropped me off directly in front of my car. Much more reasonable then airport parking. Friendly young ladies at check-in booth. Nice experience after a long flight.

Very clean, very easy and courteous staff. We will definitely reserve our parking for Orlando airport at this parking lot again.

Easy to get to, easy to use.

This parking experience was so smooth. We didn't have to wait for a shuttle at all. There were plenty of spots to park. This will be our go-to place to park from now on.

We returned an hour late from an international trip, exhausted. The driver was on time and could not have been more helpful. Loaded our nine heavy bags not only into the shuttle but into our car. And did it with a smile !!

Pick up was awful. I tested once then called. There were three other people waiting too. Wait time was 25 minutes. Then the driver took over five minutes to complete paperwork on a clipboard. I sent my first text at 3:05 and did not leave the lot with my car until 4:25.

Anytime I travel I always park here, best service, hands down.

Easy to find, close to interstate, staff was superior. Did not have to wait more than a few minutes for shuttle. Everyone was helpful.

I waited 25min for the shuttle from the parking lot to the airport. I called, and texted , and they promised me someone was coming. I was near the exit and dude drove around the corner like a bat out of hell and I had to jump over the bushes and flag him down, then go back for my daughter and my luggage. He did apologize but, there is obviously no communication on pickup because he was the only driver for the entire lot.

Drove into the rear exit & tried several times to exit & gate wouldn't open. Backed up & went to other gate to attempt to exit & still would not open. Pressed the Help Button & stated it wasn't set up. Had to back up & go to front of building to exit. Notified the man at front that gate wasn't working & he was aware of it.

Our driver to the Orlando Airport Friday was very fast though not reckless and a little gruff. Our driver coming back from the airport on Monday afternoon was even tempered and respectful

Very good overall. Would have been excellent if I didnt have to wait for the shuttle at d airport. Took a bit of time to arrive.

The overall experience couldn’t have been any smoother. Best parking experience thus far! Shuttles to go and come back from the airport were on point.

We will alway use Wallys parking! So helpful and easy to use. Drivers were so courteous and kind! Closes to airport and not out of this world expensive! Highly recommend! Amanda

Everything went very smoothly

Great parking service.

All went well with parking car and getting to the airport. However, getting a shuttle at 12:30 Am on our return was slow. We were already tired and calling/texting for the third time was frustrating.

Easy pick up and return experience. I would suggest the driver let you know where to get the shuttle back to your car upon return. I had to call a number to find out where I can get the shuttle.

Had to call to get shuttle to pick me up at parking spot. And it was raining. I've had better experiences with wally park.
